The Audio Visual Equipment Booking System has dashboard notifications to alert users of useful information such as changes to bookings. The dashboard also displays to the user only the booking relevant to them and allows them to easily search for their bookings. Users can easily create, modify or cancel a booking and can create recurring bookings.
The system has multiple booking statuses (Requested, Incomplete, Queued, Active, Complete, Cancelled, Rejected) and Academ can customise the interface, workflow and functionality for every client.
The Audio Visual Equipment Booking System has been adopted at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) where they manage over 10,000 pieces of equipment across multiple locations and the Asset Management System is also utilised at The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA).
